Update

I looked into the one job that I really wanted. I e-mailed the person who previously had the job - the lady who told me about it. She e-mailed back, letting me know that for now, the posting was closed but that I could keep my eyes open for a possible reposting. She also told me about a few websites where jobs such as these are posted and some good listservs to get involved with to build a network.

In the meantime, at work, we are trying to put together an abstract for the CAOT conference in Whitehorse. It'd be neat if it would be accepted.

On another note, I saw this article today in Spanish and I was able to understand most of it! That was cool. Maybe I've learned something over this past year! It gave me a little confidence. I even noticed a couple mistakes.
