Update on scooter

So .... the grunching goes on.

I got it 'fixed'. It still makes the grunch.

But, at least, they say now that there is nothing wrong with it except that I need new batteries. I knew that already. I am still doing alright with these, although I do plan to get new ones in the next few months.

$68 and change later .... it's only a little quieter .... at times. When I'm not driving. Haha. But, it's apparently safe.
