I had a new experience today ... I ate some 'horned melon'. Apparently some people describe it as tasting like a cross between a cucumber and a zucchini while others describe it as tasting like a cross between a cucumber, banana, and lemon. Surprising that I enjoyed it considering I don't like cucumbers or bananas, nor do I like raw zucchinis. However, I thought it tasted quite much like lime jello. Looked and tasted like it! Here are some pictures. Oh, yeah, and I took more than 30 pictures of this piece of fruit! Haha.

And me, tasting the fruit! The horns were prickly, like a cactus. Made it a wee bit painful to pick up and eat.
